We are very sorry that you have cause for complaint. Because of our agreement with specialist retailers, please submit the article in question to your dealer for inspection. The article may also optionally be submitted for consideration to our quality management.

Should it not be possible to contact your dealer, please send details of your complaint by email to Please provide the following information:

  • Where the product was purchased (Reseller / location)
  • When the product was purchased
  • A copy of your receipt
  • An image that shows the damage, and an image which shows the mark on the base

The easiest way is to order directly at the onlineshop. Put your items in the shopping basket. Next go on to the checkout process. Here you will be able to choose the delivery and billing address as well as the method of payment and shipping.

As a regular receiver of our newsletter, we give you information about hot new items, great sales, trends, and rebate offers in irregular intervals. Please put in your old password, enter your new password and confirm the new password. The new password must have at least a 6-digit letter/number combination.

In „My account“ you‘ll find the menu "Update profile".
