Rosenthal designer

Eduardo Paolozzi

GBR

*1924 - †2005

Eduardo Paolozzi was one of the most interesting initiators for the arts of the 20th century. His works are influenced by ready-made, collage and assemblage. His main theme had been modern technology - no other artist before him had dealt with this topic in such a manner. Paolozzi had been working for Rosenthal since 1974. For the limited art edition he created the relief »Relief« and the object »Portrait of an actor« (50 pieces each). For Rosenthal studio-line he designed the artist table-set »Palladio« on the shape »Polygon«.
