This is exactly what Austrian award-winning chef Viktoria Fahringer shows in her new YouTube format HEY'Viktoria, which brings a breath of fresh air to the digital world of foodies. Rosenthal is involved as a partner and equips the kitchen of the two-time award-winning chef with selected porcelain collections.

Viktoria Fahringer – young, award-winning, inspiring

Viktoria Fahringer is considered a rising star in haute cuisine. At just 25 years old, she is Austria's youngest chef to receive a Gault&Millau toque and has already been named Chef of the Year (Schlemmeratlas) and Female Chef of the Year (Rolling Pin Austria). In addition to her restaurant and hotel in Tyrol, TV appearances, and her own product “Zaubermehl” (magic flour), she is now launching HEY'Viktoria, a project close to her heart: a 20-episode YouTube cooking show that takes viewers into her culinary world.

HEY'Viktoria – Learn to cook, find inspiration

HEY'Viktoria is more than just a classic cooking show. In each episode, the young chef shares recipes, tricks, and techniques – from the basics to haute cuisine. Personal stories, in-depth knowledge about food and conscious nutrition, and a modern look and feel give the show its own unique style. A new episode has been airing weekly on YouTube since August 17, 2025. Viktoria not only gives tips for everyday cooking, she also takes a look behind the scenes, visits producers, and familiarizes herself with the stories and values behind the products she uses. She was also a guest at Rosenthal in Selb – the episode will be released in October 2025.
