Walter Gropius, the founder of the Bauhaus, designed the “Rosenthal am Rothbühl” production facility in 1963, which remains an architectural icon to this day. But he didn’t stop there; fascinated by porcelain as a material, he designed the Rosenthal TAC collection, influenced by Bauhaus principles, which remains an icon of modern tableware to this day.
