Terms and Conditions of Participation in the Prize Draw
The organiser of the prize draw is Rosenthal GmbH, Philip-Rosenthal-Platz 1, 95100 Selb, Germany.
Participation in the prize draw is free of charge. The chances of winning are not dependent on the purchase of any product. The Rosenthal prize draw begins on 21 June 2025 and ends on 6 July 2025 at 11:59 p.m. (CET).
Participation is open to all natural persons who are at least 18 years old, have their permanent residence in the European Union, and accept these terms and conditions. By subscribing to the newsletter on this page, you confirm your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Participation via competition clubs or automated services (such as sweepstake bots) is not permitted. Employees of Rosenthal GmbH and their family members are also excluded from participation. Legal recourse is excluded. The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. This choice of law applies to consumers only to the extent that it does not deprive them of protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which they have their habitual residence. Participation takes place by submitting the form provided above.
The winner will be selected at random from among all eligible participants. The draw will be conducted under the supervision of employees of Rosenthal GmbH.
Winners will be notified by email starting from 7 July 2025. To claim the prize, winners must confirm their acceptance and provide a valid shipping address by replying via email to Rosenthal GmbH within five (5) working days of the notification being sent. If this confirmation and/or the provision of a postal address is not received within this period, the right to the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be selected.
There is no entitlement to a cash payment or exchange of the prize. Rosenthal GmbH reserves the right to cancel or terminate the prize draw at any time without prior notice and without stating reasons. This applies in particular if the proper conduct of the prize draw cannot be guaranteed due to technical or legal reasons. Legal recourse is excluded.
