Michael Boehm
Michael Boehm was born in 1944 in Merseburg. Today he lives and works in Berlin. Michael Boehm is considered one of the most outstanding glass designers in Germany. He completed glass training school in Hadamar and studied with Prof. Bode in Kassel. In addition to his freelance work as a designer, he also has professorships at various colleges.
The works of Michael Boehm have been displayed in various exhibits in and outside of Germany and are among the most world’s most notable contemporary glass exhibits. He has worked for Rosenthal since 1966.
