Hans Theodor Baumann is an artist and at the same time an all-round genius among the designers. There is hardly any household that does not have an item designed by him. Philip Rosenthal called his work "individual, undogmatic and inspiring".
Baumann has been working for Rosenthal since 1954. He created the successful form »Berlin« (porcelain and cutlery) for Rosenthal as well as the cutlery range »3000«, for Thomas he created the service »ABC«. He designed the relief »Die Mondfrau« (49 pieces) for the limited art edition in the series "Hommage | Philip Rosenthal".
