60 years ago, Rosenthal stirred up the porcelain industry – with avantgarde designs by artists, designers and architects. Now we celebrate the studio-line with a limited anniversary collection and transport 60 iconic vases with twelve contemporary colours into the here and now.

Good design remains unaffected by fashionable trends; it is a symbiosis of vision and tradition. This principle is demonstrated by the work of Emmanuel Babled, a young French designer. His language of forms is inspired by the major theme at the turn of this millennium – the appreciation of organic, natural forms. "Baobab" is characterised by soft, rounded shapes. The vases are ideally suited for holding bouquets or single flowers.

Colour limitation: Each vase/colour combination of the collection is limited to 60 pieces worldwide. When sold out, the vase will be produced in another of the 12 anniversary colours (again limited to 60 pieces).
