How do I become a customer at Rosenthal.de?

As you order online you will be able to choose if you would like to establish a customer account in order to save all your information. You are also able to register without purchase. Just click on the link “My Rosenthal” in the upper right-hand corner and then on the link “Register now“.

How can I place an order?

The easiest way is to order directly at the onlineshop. Put your items in the shopping basket. Next go on to “Go to checkout”. Here you will be able to choose the delivery and billing address as well as the method of payment and shipping.
