The unusual cutlery collection “Tema” was developed by the young designer Stefan Diez, who is also responsible for the cooking pot collection “Genio” from Thomas. The development is oriented on the bigger proportions of the modern dish design. Common cutlery designs seem insignificant next to the big pasta and gourmet plates. Because of that, Thomas as a trailblazer, took this topic upon, creating a bigger cutlery collection. “Tema” is reminiscence of the classic design of the spade cutlery. This results in a formal game: sometimes the spade is applied more traditional, for instance, on the small spoons, sometimes it is towards the front of the cutlery, like on the basic or pasta spoon, the fish knife and fork. “Tema” was inpired by the changing table and living culture and offers the suitable set for every occasion.
